3. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained before project commencement
- Adhere to payment schedules as outlined in the service agreement
4. Quotes and Payments
- All quotes and proposals are valid for the duration stated on the document or for 30 days from the date of issue
- A non-refundable booking fee or advance payment may be required prior to project commencement
- Final payments are due as per the payment schedule in your agreement
- Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension of services
- We accept payment through bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other mutually agreed methods
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation of services after formal acceptance may incur charges based on work completed at the cancellation date
- Deposits and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Clients requesting cancellation must provide written notice
- Materials purchased specifically for your project may not be refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-21 business days
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, 3D models, and project documentation created by Deco Serein are intellectual property owned by Deco Serein unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use of these materials for other projects without written permission is prohibited.
- Clients receive a license to use the designs for the agreed project only
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs requires explicit permission
- Deco Serein reserves the right to use project images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed
7. Project Timeline & Delays
- Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
- Delays caused by client changes, weather conditions, material availability, or regulatory approvals may affect project completion
- Deco Serein will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant delays
- Extensions to project timelines do not automatically qualify for compensation unless specified in the agreement
8. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Deco Serein be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Comprehensive liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service under dispute
- Deco Serein is not responsible for damages resulting from client decisions, acts of nature, or third-party actions
- Any claims must be made within 30 days of project completion
9. Warranty & Quality Assurance
- Deco Serein provides a workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement
- Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly and in writing
- Regular maintenance by the client is required to keep warranties valid
10. Modifications and Site Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees
- Site condition changes that affect the original design plan will be addressed with revised proposals
- Material or finish changes must be approved by both parties in writing

Your personal information and project details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required for project execution or by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration or mediation
- All parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes promptly and professionally

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
